The Tesla Model X flaps its wings with a Xmas theme light show [Video]

Model X light show

Tesla certainly seems to be in good holidays spirit today. After Santa getting a Model X with jet engines this morning, we now have footage of a very cool light show the company made using the Model X.

Wizards in Winter by Trans-Siberian Orchestra is a popular  instrumental track for light shows since the 2005 internet phenomenon of Carson Williams’s 16,000 lights setup synchronized to the music.

Inspired by the feat, Tesla made its own light show using the all-electric Model X.

The company incorporated the car’s automatic doors in the choregraphy, which made it look like the Model X was flapping its ‘Falcon Wings’.

Footage from the audience was removed from Youtube – see updates below.

Hat tip to Bonnie Norman for the video.

Update: Tesla shared an official video of the show on its Instagram.
