Black Friday to Cyber Monday electric bicycle, e-scooter and e-skateboard deals

It’s that time of the year again. Now that you’re stuffed with Thanksgiving turkey, electric bicycles and other personal electric vehicles are probably the last thing on your mind.

But try and perk up, because there are a ton of deals on electric bicycles, skateboards, scooters and other mini EVs. Here are some of the best Black Friday and Cyber Monday bargains we could find.

As we find out about more deals, we’ll keep updating this post throughout Black Friday to Cyber Monday. So don’t forget to keep checking back for new deals as we find them.

Electric Bicycle Deals

We’ll start with electric bicycles. There’s a bit of everything this year, from bargain e-bikes to top dollar, high end models.

Jetson’s electric bicycles

The Jetson Bolt is a fun little e-bike that we recently reviewed. The Bolt is already on sale at $399, but between 11/25-11/29, you can grab it for just $319. Make sure you use the coupon code “BLACKFRIDAY”.

The Bolt is something of a scooter/bike hybrid due to its lack of functional pedals.

If you’d like a slightly larger mini e-bike with real pedals, the Jetson Metro might be more to your liking. It normally retails at $799, but will be on sale for $639 with the coupon code “BLACKFRIDAY”.

GenZe is offering over 50% off electric bicycles

GenZe is offering up their “nearly new” 100-series e-bikes for over 50% off the original MSRP, and are tossing in free shipping. The e-bikes retail for $1,599, but can be yours for just $749.

The GenZe 100-series e-bikes are 250W throttle e-bikes with 36V and 300 Wh batteries. They include 5 levels of pedal assist, but are considered Class II e-bikes due to the throttle that can power the e-bike up to 20 mph without any pedal effort.

These bikes are “nearly new” in that they were either used as floor models, for test rides, or other similar low use applications, and many have either no or very few miles on them. Each has been entirely refurbished and is listed on GenZe’s website with its exact details (age, miles, cosmetic imperfections, etc).

Swagtron electric bicycles

I’ve reviewed two Swagtron e-bikes and have called these some of the best bang-for-your-buck electric bicycles out there. Their EB-1 and EB-5 are already quite reasonably priced throughout the year, but have even lower prices now. The $530 EB-1 electric bike is on sale for $449 on Amazon or $479 on Swagtron’s website. The well known $550 EB-5 folding electric bike (my personal favorite) is on sale for $489 on Amazon or $499 on Swagtron’s website.

Ancheer’s budget electric bicycles

I just posted my review of Ancheer’s $660 folding electric mountain bike yesterday.

Now the company is showing off a couple other models with big discounts.

Their mini e-bike/scooter thing, which is similar to Jetson’s Bolt above, is normally priced at $389 but is on sale for $358 with the discount code “2O7ROO4K”.

Ancheer is also putting their mountain bike that we reviewed on sale. Instead of the regular $615, it is on sale for $572 with the coupon code “XQHX3AHX”.

Rad Power electric bicycle deals

Rad Power is not a budget e-bike company like the ones listed above, but they still have some great e-bikes for affordable prices.

Their five different e-bikes are all priced between $1,699-$1,799. On Black Friday and Cyber Monday though, prices will drop between $300-$400 on each model.

Flash Bike e-bike deals

Flash bike is offering big savings on their two Flash models. The V1 and V1 Commuter Deluxe are normally priced at $1,999 and $2,699. You can get them on sale now though for $1,299 and $1,599.

Evelo electric bicycle 20% deals

Evelo will be offering up to 20% off of their electric bicycle models, for a maximum savings of up to $700. The Black Friday sale will start at 12 PM ET, 9AM PT.

However, there’s a catch. Every 3 hours, the discount will drop by 5 percentage points. So if you want the full discount, you need to be sure to act quickly as soon as the deal starts.

Evelo has a number of different models of electric bikes, from street bikes to fat-tire bikes to folding bikes. Most of their bikes’ prices fall into the $2k range.

Electric Bike Company deals

The creatively named Electric Bike Company is running two different promotions.

Between Black Friday to Cyber Monday (11/23-11/26) they are offering free shipping on any order when using the coupon code “FREESHIPPING”.

Then they are offering a deal for $100 off any order over $1,800 between 11/27-12/31, so that one should last you through the holidays. To take advantage of that deal, use the coupon code “holiday100”.

Electric Scooter Deals

Next up are the electric scooters. Ever since companies like Bird and Lime began offering electric scooter sharing services, the nimble little EVs have been all the rage.

Instead of spending $2-$5 per ride on average with a company like Bird or Lime, which adds up quickly over time, you can grab your own scooter for few hundred bucks. Check out all of this year’s deals below!

Swagtron’s Swagger 5 electric scooter

I’m currently testing out Swagtron’s Swagger 5, and it is a great electric scooter! I’ll have a review coming up on shortly on it after I get a few more hours and miles logged on the scooter. In the meantime though, I can already say I love this thing.

The $410 Swagger 5 electric scooter is on sale on Amazon for $359 or the same price on their website with the coupon code “pro_save_40”.

GoTrax GXL electric scooter

GoTrax is another popular manufacturer of personal electric vehicles such as scooters and hoverboards. The GoTrax GXL electric scooter has been one of the most popular electric scooters of the season. Mine just arrived a few days ago actually and I’m already enjoying it. It’s too soon for me to give a full review, but that will be coming shortly. From the amount I’ve ridden it though, I can say that this electric scooter is definitely a great bang-for-your-buck opportunity.

GoTrax jumped the gun and has already started running their Black Friday deal, discounting their $499 electric scooter down to just $399. However, we talked to GoTrax to see about hooking our readers up with an even better deal. So visit their website and enter the code “ElectrekFans5” to get 5% off any product, including their famous GXL electric scooter.

Segway Ninebot ES4 electric scooter

This one is a heck of a deal. The Segway NineBot ES4 is an 18.5 mph, 28 mile range electric scooter that normally sells for over $800, but is on sale right now for just $582.

This is currently an Amazon Deal of the Day item, so I’m not sure if it will last through the entire Black Friday to Cyber Monday sale window. Just in case, you might want to check this one out quickly.

Fluidfreeride offering a (nearly) free scooter deal

Fluidfreeride, based in Miami, stocks a number of different electric scooter models. They’ve got everything from small, light and inexpensive electric scooters to some pretty impressive monsters.

My favorite is probably their WideWheel electric scooter, which has these big honkin’ wheels and dual suspension. This is the scooter that we rode at Interbike, and that a certain member of our team sent sliding along with himself across the smooth expo floor when the power got away from him. With the option for one or two 500W in-wheel motors, this scooter is a really fun beast. Based on personal experience, I recommend using it outside instead of on polished concrete floors.

This Black Friday through Cyber Monday, fluidfreerides is offering a deal where anyone who orders one of those WideWheel scooters will get a Mosquito Light electric scooter for just $79. The Mosquito Light normally costs $479, so that’s a pretty good deal if you want to turn that second scooter into one heck of a holiday gift. But remember that the deal is only good through November 26th.

Viro’s electric scooters for kids

Electric scooters can be both fun and effective commuter vehicles for adults, but don’t forget your kids! They can enjoy electric scooters too!

Viro has a couple fun models for kids to take part in the action. The Viro Vega is a convertible scooter that can function as either a standard looking scooter or an electric bicycle with a seat. Technically it’s still a scooter since it doesn’t have pedals, but it will feel like your kid’s first e-bike! It is unfortunately sold out at its discounted $249 price at Target, but is still available at $299 on Amazon.

For older kids they also have the Viro Ride VR 550E electric scooter. This bad boy can hit a blistering 10 mph and ride for 6 miles on its 12V 7Ah SLA battery. The 550E is normally $139.99, but it is on sale at Target on Black Friday for just $89.99.

I have both of these on the way to try out with my nephews. I had hoped they’d arrive by today so I could play with them over Thanksgiving, but it looks like they won’t make it in time. We’ll be sure to get some family play time on them before the holidays though so we can report back in time for holiday shopping.
