I’m still not tired of watching a large electric SUV eclipsing small luxury sports cars in drag races (though only on short distances) and this latest video from Drag Times makes no exception.
After the last Model X drag race video we shared – an Alfa Romeo 4C versus a Tesla Model X P90D towing another Alfa Romeo 4C – this one looks almost plain even though it’s an SUV versus a Ferrari.
They raced their over 5,000 lbs Tesla Model X P90D Ludicrous against a 3,000 lbs Ferrari F430 and as Drag Times puts it:
While the power to weight ratio is heavily in the Ferrari’s favor, the monstrous amount of instant torque and all wheel drive in the Tesla play a big role in this race.
